EX2 Blog has gathered some more photos from Hong Kong, a new shot of the set and a couple pictures of Jet Li and one of Van Damme, but just the one photo has anything to do with the movie. You can check out all the photos below!!
Chuck Norris also recently did an interview with Gazeta and in that interview he had the following to say about Expendables 2:

- "Playing in this movie was a lot of fun. I play a super hero, who saves everybody's life."

- "In Expendables 2, there was a lot of vulgar dialogue in the screenplay. Fot this reason, many young people wouldn't be able to watch this. But i don't play in movies like this. Due to that i said i won't be a part of that if the hardcore language is not ereased. Producers accepted my conditions and the movie will be classified in the category of PG-13."

So we are getting a PG-13 Expendables 2 thanks to Chuck Norris?......I hope not!!

Thanks To Mike and Cheko For The Heads Up On The Interview!!

They better not make it PG-13... Though it will probably happen, because they hope to make even more money by bringing in a larger audience

PG 13??? thats fucking dumb! This movie needs to be marketed as the most bad ass film of all time to be very successful, you can't do that if its a pg13 rating

Damn. Seems like Chuck really is as powerful as all the facts/jokes tell us 'cause he just made me concerned about this movie all of a sudden. PG13? No vulgar language? I liked Expendables 1 because it was raw and hard, that was it's entire appeal to me! I don't remember the first Expendables' language to be very vulgar but a child friendly Expendables 1 does NOT sound good. I want to see raw and deadly mercenaries, no 'super heroes', I'll watch the avengers for that stuff.

It's sad they did all this just for Chuck who will probably appear only for a few minutes... I understand the descision though. Chuck might be one of the biggest selling points for the movie

I listened carefully to Chuck's actual comments in the video, and this is what he actually said:

"I just finished Expendables 2 with Stallone. That was a fun movie to do because I keep saving all their lives through the whole movie! So I'm like the super hero against Schwarzenegger and Stallone, Jet Li, Bruce Willis!"

"In Expendables 2, they had a lot of hard language in there that prevent young people from going to see it, and I said I don't do movies like that. I might of did them in the past(?), I didn't do it in those TV series. I said if you can't take out all the language, hardcore language, you know... I can't do it. So they did, and they made it a PG-13 film so kids can go see it."

I hope this is just a joke from Chuck. I can not believe that the producers/director will make a kids-film, only for a small role for Chuck. ... vulgar language dont't mean blood and violance, so the film could be still Rated-R.

Maybe Lionsgate "yeah, yeah'd" Chuck's request to make it PG-13 to make him happy and involve him in the shoot and then simply proceeded with the R rated material anyway? I mean by the time Chuck sees the movie it'll be too late. There won't be anything he can do about it, right? I have to believe this to be true because the thought of a PG-13 Expendables is just too much for me to bear.

I find that extraordinarily hard to believe. I've seen many past Chuck Norris movies, and he used a lot of vulgar language. But for argument's sake, they could have changed just HIS lines so that he wouldn't personally have to use that sot of language, but that wouldn't change the rating because everyone else would be using the language. Of course, there's also violence too.

I've come to expect a Stallone movie to be hardcore, meaning lots of GORE. The last Rambo movie had tons of it, and that's what real action fans want.....R-rated gore. Besides, what "kids" are really going to go see a movie starring a bunch of geriatric bad-asses? These guys all appeal to mostly older fans. But even if some younger people want to see it, their parents can still take them. My mom took me to see "Rambo: First Blood Part II" in 1985 when I was 11-years-old. It didn't mess me up, I just thought it was AWESOME!! I still thank my mom for introducing me to movies like that. I wish every mom was like her.

From the studio's perspective I can see why they'd want to make it PG-13 because they would certainly make more money, which is what drives studios to make movies in the first place. EX2 is going to make a ton of money regardless, though. I just hope they don't lose site of who their fan base is here and that this potential franchise is a throwback to the classic action movies of the 80s and 90s. Vulgar language and gratuitous violence are a neccessity.

Please, EX2 will be surely rated "R" and Fights and Bloods, EX1 will be like it. Don't at "PG-13" as kids! I don't like PG-13! I want to only ''R''. If world men is interest about "R" because EX2 in very challenge men as Sly, Arnie, Willis, JCVD, Lundgren, Crew, Norris, Li and others etc, but money more!!!!!!!!! We all are very exciting it but please only "R" in EX2. Thanks to EX2 News.

I'm ok with pg13. They probably just took out a few f-bombs and GDs out and did change the hardcore action. That language doesn't do anything for me. I just want to see Chuck open up a can of you know what! He will draw many movie goers alone.

Language doesn't matter so much to me, but I expect there to be realism in action, which means BLOOD and dismemberment. PG-13 movies almost never have any blood, very little anywway, and dismemberment never happens.
